WELCOME

Hi, my name is Mandy Verschoor.
I am currently studying the Associate Degree program in Hospitality Management at NHL Stenden.

Throughout my studies, work experiences and personal challenges, I developed myself both personally and professionally. This website shows my journey, development, leadership style and future perspective within the hospitality industry.

WHO AM I?

I would describe myself as someone who enjoys learning, solving problems and continuously developing both personally and professionally. Although I can be reserved in new environments, I become more confident and communicative once I feel comfortable within a team. 

Although I can be social and communicative, I naturally take a more observant role in new groups or environments. Over time, I learned how to become more confident, proactive and comfortable within teams and leadership situations.

I enjoy solving problems, helping others and improving situations in practical and logical ways.

 

 

MY VISION

For me, hospitality is not only about service. It is about creating positive experiences for both guests and employees.

I believe that communication, teamwork and trust are essential within every organization. In the future, I want to continue developing myself into a professional who supports people, improves teamwork and contributes to positive working environments.
