FUTURE DEVELOPMENT

MY FUTURE DIRECTION

In the future, I would like to work in a people-focused management or HR role within hospitality or service-related industries.

I discovered that I enjoy helping employees develop, improving teamwork and creating positive working environments.

HOW MY PERSPECTIVE CHANGED

My future dreams have changed many times over the years. When I was younger, I often had ambitious and creative ideas about what I wanted to do in the future. However, many of these dreams felt unrealistic or too far away, which sometimes made it difficult to stay motivated.

Over time, I discovered a pattern. Rather than dreaming about something completely different, I often became inspired by the industries and roles I was currently experiencing. This helped me create future goals that felt more realistic and achievable.

At one point, I considered starting my own business. Although I liked the idea of entrepreneurship, I eventually realized that it did not fit the work-life balance I want for myself. Later, I became interested in Human Resources after spending time at the Albron HR department. I enjoyed learning about employee experience, workplace culture and supporting employees within organizations.

What I learned from these experiences is that my ambitions often develop through practical exposure rather than abstract ideas. Every new experience teaches me more about my strengths, interests and future possibilities.

Today, I remain open to different opportunities, but I know that I want to work in a people-focused environment where communication, development and teamwork play an important role.

THE WIDE RANGE OF HOSPITALITY

During my studies, I learned that the hospitality industry offers many more opportunities than only hotels and restaurants.

The industry also includes:

  • HR and recruitment
  • Employee experience
  • Team leadership
  • Customer experience
  • Training and coaching
  • Management
  • Operations
  • Communication and service improvement

Through different elective activities and practical experiences, I discovered how broad the industry really is and how many different career paths are possible.

WHY HR INTERESTS ME

One of the experiences that influenced my future perspective most was my elective activity at the Albron HR department.

During this experience, I learned more about employee experience, communication, workplace culture and supporting employees within large organizations.

I realized that I enjoy people-focused work and that I feel motivated by helping employees and teams develop in positive ways.

MY LONG-TERM GOALS

My long-term goal is to grow into a supportive leadership or HR role where I can combine communication, organization and people management.

I want to become a professional who creates trust, supports employees and contributes to a healthy and positive working environment.
