LEADERSHIP SKILLS
LEADERSHIP REFLECTION
At the beginning of my studies, I often preferred observing situations instead of immediately taking initiative. Over time, practical experiences taught me how important communication, responsibility and teamwork are within hospitality.
During supervisory experiences and projects, I learned how to stay calm under pressure, think logically during busy situations and support teams in practical ways.
My leadership style is therefore more calm and supportive instead of dominant or controlling.

MY MAPSTELL PROFILE
According to the Mapstell assessment, my personality type is the Specialist. This means that I am naturally analytical, thoughtful and more introverted in professional situations.
I usually observe situations carefully before taking action and prefer working in environments where trust and communication are important.

BELBIN TEAM ROLE REFLECTION
When comparing my personality and working style to the Belbin team roles, I recognize myself most strongly in the role of Monitor Evaluator.
This role fits me because I am analytical, rational and observant. I often think carefully before acting and try to look at situations objectively.
I also recognize a small part of the Plant role because I can think creatively and come up with practical solutions quickly.
I recognize myself less in highly dominant or highly social leadership roles because I am naturally calmer and more introverted within groups.
